Sightseeing cruises are the most popular type of cruise in New York, and nearly every local company offers one. After a thorough search, we found that the most affordable option is offered by Starship - priced at just $20.
This cruise lasts approximately one hour to an hour and a half, departing from either Pier 78 or Pier 36, sailing toward the Statue of Liberty, circling near it, and returning to the departure point. The cheapest version is the one departing from Pier 36, lasting about an hour.
