Home » New York Cruise FAQs » Is there a live guide on New York cruises?
Answer: The vast majority of cruises in New York offer a live guide during the cruise (although a few companies provide an audio guide instead). However, there are also cruises with no narration at all. For example, all Circle Line cruises include live narration by a local guide, as do other companies like Liberty Cruise, Classic Harbor Line, Sail NYC, and others.
If you choose to sail on a ferry, such as the ferry to the Statue of Liberty or the Staten Island Ferry, there will be no guided commentary at all.
